Ward serves WellSpringas the volunteer CEO. Prior to joining WellSpring, he worked for several years in churches and non-profits in various rolls including pastoral.

Additionally, he has a long-standing experience in providing IT and technical leadership for various US-based companies. Ward views his technical abilities as his “tent-making skills” and is content with serving the calling the Lord has placed on his heart while balancing his professional life and commitment to WellSpring. Currently, Ward also serves as the Director of Technology for Uniserv/FKG Equipment in Neptune, NJ.
