Joyce began her journey with WellSpring Rescue Village in 2022 as a university student with a heart to serve. During school breaks, she would volunteer her time, staying with the girls and helping care for their daily needs. Even then, it was clear that Joyce carried something special — a quiet grace and a deep, steady faith that resonated throughout the home.

In December 2023, Joyce graduated from her university program and joyfully accepted a full-time role as an Assistant Caregiver. Her compassionate presence and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable partner to Clara in the daily rhythms of care, healing, and hope.

Affectionately nicknamed “Joy” by the girls, Joyce lives up to the name in every way. Her love for Christ is evident in both word and action, and her life is a beautiful testimony to the power of servant-hearted leadership. Recently married, Joyce continues to pour into the lives of our children with humility, wisdom, and a heart full of joy.
