How We’re Organized

WellSpring Rescue Village operates as two united entities serving one mission across continents.

United States — WellSpring Rescue Village, Inc.
We are a New Jersey–incorporated nonprofit and are officially recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Our exemption is retroactive to December 11, 2023, so gifts made on or after that date are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Donation receipts are provided, and our IRS determination letter is available upon request.

Zambia — WellSpring Zambia (NGO)
WellSpring Zambia is a fully registered NGO, recognized by the Zambian Ministry of Social Welfare. This local status enables us to receive in-country support from businesses, churches, and community partners— including donations of food, materials, and even land for farming initiatives.

Together these two branches ensure international accountability and local sustainability—rooted in transparency and committed to genuine transformation for every child we serve.

2024 Program Expense Breakdown

At WellSpring Rescue Village, we believe transparency builds trust. Every dollar entrusted to us is stewarded with care, prayer, and accountability. Our mission is only possible because of the generosity of individuals, families, and partners who believe in restoring lives and building a brighter future.

Below is a summary of our annual operating budgets.

YearTotal Budget
2024$64,840.88
2023$28,568.88
2022$24,677.75

Prior to December 11, 2023, WellSpring was privately funded through personal gifts and support from a close network of early partners. As our impact grows, so does our commitment to financial integrity and openness.

Impacting A Life

Zambia is currently experiencing significant inflation, which continues to impact the daily cost of living — including food, education, and healthcare for the children we serve. Despite these challenges, WellSpring remains committed to providing stable, holistic care for every child in our program.

Through faithful stewardship and local partnerships, we are able to meet each child’s essential needs for just $200 per month. This monthly cost covers everything from nutritious meals and clothing to education, medical care, and loving mentorship.

Below is a breakdown of what’s included in that monthly support — a small amount with life-changing impact.
