Misheck has been working with vulnerable and orphaned children living in poverty since 2015. He knows firsthand how hard life can be without a family, as he himself is a double orphan. Misheck has dedicated his life to serving others. During his time at university, he formed a cultural arts and performance group, which provided teenagers with a safe and constructive way to learn and express themselves. He is still the president of Youths of Zambia Alive and has been instrumental in growing the group beyond 300 members, with multiple chapters in Zambia.

Misheck currently serves as the Program Director in Zambia and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ministry, as well as serving on the board in both Zambia and the US.
