Meet Ward — Founder & Volunteer CEO of WellSpring Rescue Village

Ward serves as the volunteer CEO and founder of WellSpring Rescue Village, a role born from deep conviction, prayer, and a heart for restoration. With a background in pastoral ministry and nonprofit leadership, Ward brings both spiritual depth and practical wisdom to the work of building safe, hope-filled homes for vulnerable children.

Before founding WellSpring, Ward served for many years in churches and faith-based organizations, walking alongside people in seasons of both brokenness and healing. That same compassion now guides his leadership at WellSpring, where every decision is rooted in a desire to reflect God’s love and justice.

Professionally, Ward is a seasoned technologist with a long-standing career in IT and systems leadership. He currently serves as the Director of Technology for Uniserv/FKG Equipment in Neptune, NJ. He often refers to these skills as his “tent-making” — a modern-day way to support his calling while faithfully stewarding both work and ministry.

With vision, humility, and unwavering faith, Ward continues to lead WellSpring forward — not as a title, but as a servant — committed to seeing lives restored and communities transformed.
